Climate in the Workplace

Not only does climate change pose a growing threat to our world in the years ahead, it will also influence how customers make buying decisions. As attitudes, beliefs and values around climate change continue to shift and become increasingly important to your customers and employees, how will you respond? We'll discuss how businesses of all sizes can effectively respond to these changes in customer values in order to most effectively connect with customers and differentiate your business.

Heather Harrold is a marketing and communications leader who has worked in multiple B2B and B2C industries, in organizations both large and small, throughout her 25 year career. She’s passionate about helping businesses and their leadership differentiate themselves through compelling and authentic communication. She aims to increase employee engagement and foster greater organizational connection, particularly as organizations move to more virtual workforces.
