In her work as a turnaround business leader, consultant, coach and speaker, she has discovered what makes people and organizations tick. She grew up in West Michigan and returned as a ‘boomerang’ over six years ago to find a thriving and growing Grand Rapids that had transformed since she left decades ago. She has spent her time in the community as a champion of diversity and inclusion and change agent for adopting leading human practices. She strives to help organizations deliver a warm and personalized employee experience by leveraging the right balance of human touch combined with innovative technology applications

Blythe is a results-producer that knows what it feels like to be the one that is not like the other. And it provides her an empathy and understanding that sets her apart. She has successfully reinvented herself dozens of times. She’s been an engineer, salesperson, analyst, teacher, change agent, project consultant, talent leader, turnaround business leader, and now entrepreneur. Each time change was sparked by a new personal discovery or a business shift that demanded evolution. Through these changes she has learned how to quickly assess her passion and talents as well as the market and create her next fulfilling place in the universe. She has coached and mentored many through this same process over the years. She is passionate to help others create their most rewarding place in the universe and learn to enjoy their Sunday nights.
