In this interactive workshop participants will learn about the 3 R's. Reflect, Review & Rejoice and how you can use it for yourself and the ones you love to set a path forward for the rest of the year and into 2021.

About the speaker:
Dawn embarked on a journey to own her own coaching and consulting practice earlier this year called Talent Activators after spending over 20+ years in several corporate roles where she was responsible for Talent Management and Leadership Development.  She worked for several global organizations such as FCA Group, Cooper Standard Automotive, Omni Hotels, RWD Technologies, Carlson Companies and for the owner of 5-Hour Energy.  Her experience spans multiple industries including automotive, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, medical devices, and pharmaceutical.  
As a transition coach, Dawn works with clients that are in new roles or those that are looking for what might be next.  Dawn has been involved with Inforum since 2011 as a member of the Leadership Development Committee for five years and a speaker for both SE and WM events.  She has been married to her husband for over 21 years and lives in Oxford, MI.  Her dream job would be to become a National Geographic Photographer and travel the world exploring different cultures.

The Novi Affinity Group Members meet at 8 a.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at Walsh College - Novi Campus, 41500 Gardenbrook Drive Novi, for networking with other Inforum members, who are interested in establishing and building professional relationships.
