"Barking up the Wrong Tree" by Eric Barker. "Why everything you know about success is (Mostly) wrong!”
Anyone can achieve success. But, what actually determines success? Does playing by the rules pay off? Is it what you know or who you know? These are some of the questions that will provide insights into the science behind, and the achievement of, success.

Speaker: Our speaker is Deborah Mourray. After graduating from Walsh with a degree in finance, she spent 25+ years in public accounting founding and building a “top 25” accounting firm on Crain’s list. The next stop was Walsh as an accounting and taxation academic advisor and career advisor. Now Deb is a “Free Agent” looking for her next success stop. Possibilities are endless and she is excited to explore new opportunities.

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. at Walsh College.  Doors open at 7:45 a.m.
