Description
Topic: Creating Sustainable Change
Change is hard. As businesses evolve, it becomes increasingly important to move away from just finding a way to affect change and instead develop successful change strategies in order to control the day to day impact of the shifting environment. We’ll discuss winning strategies and best practices for preparing and executing lasting change, both personally and in the office.
Our speaker is Andrea Wright, CEO of CTP Solutions. As a change leader and project manager, she has experienced many facets of business. This gives her a unique vantage point from which to deliver proven solutions to corporate problems.
With over twenty years in the field, her proficiencies include construction management, project management from construction to ERP implementations, change management, training and training development, coaching, and process development. She has extensive knowledge of how the architecture, engineering, and construction industries operate, so she understands the specific challenges both the industry and its workforce bring. As a result, she’s a company’s best solution to addressing problems and reaching their goals
The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. at Walsh College. Doors open at 7:45 a.m.
Please contact Brenda Meller at mellerbrenda@gmail.com for information or questions associated with the Troy Affinity Group, or if you are a member of Inforum interested in speaking at this group.
The Troy Affinity Group encourages members to Pay-It-Forward by paying half of a nw member’s membership fee. If you are interested in the Pay-It-Forward program please contact Laura Rolands at rolands@wideopenwest.com.
