YIELD

It’s time to look around, understand the traffic, and move forward carefully and thoughtfully:

  • Evaluate your current situation
  • Understand what needs to be done and develop a plan
  • Move forward, execute your plans thoughtfully

RENEÉ ERLICH, PCC is an entrepreneur and founder of two multi-million dollar businesses. In 2011, Reneé launched Prosperi Leadership Coaching, an Executive Coaching Practice working one on one with successful leaders helping them define, plan and achieve their goals.

Prior to Prosperi, Reneé founded Girlfriend Consulting and Coaching, a company committed to helping organizations understand and strengthen their corporate cultures. Prior to that, Reneé built two event firms: Star Trax: an event entertainment, product and audio visual firm and pulse220: a corporate event, meeting planning and experiential marketing firm working with Fortune 500 companies.

Reneé is one of Crain’s Detroit Business’s “40 Under 40” award recipients. She served as the first woman on the board of the Detroit chapter of EO, the Entrepreneurs Organization. Reneé is extremely active in a variety of community boards and committees. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and the International Coaching Academy.

Most importantly, Reneé is on a mission to help others envision and achieve their dreams.

The purpose of the Lady Bosses is to provide educational programming (speakers, workshops), support, inspiration, accountability to and from other Inforum business owners or prospective owners. While much of the Inforum membership is in the corporate world, Lady Bosses Affinity Group is designed to meet the unique needs of business owners. It can also become a catalyst to encourage women to start or purchase their own businesses. The group also can provide and gain synergy from Inforum’s inGAGE strategy. In 2017 just 17 percent of companies had a female founder, a number that hasn’t changed in five years, according to Crunchbase.
