Media outlets and workplace conversations have been filled with discussions about #MeToo since the first viral post in 2017. The discussions often lead to questions like: What more could have been done to prevent this from happening? Will this have an impact on my workplace? If so, what should I expect? What should I do if I think I’m being harassed or treated unfairly?
