Why is it so difficult to communicate today? Technology, deadlines, customer demands, internal demands, the fast pace of business and the list goes on. Effective communication is a key driver for achieving business results and employee engagement. You can make a difference with clear, concise and focused messages that engage your audiences. 

This session will provide participants with tools and practice using an upcoming communication opportunity.  Participants will learn how to:

• Craft massage that are clear, concise and focused to get their point across

• Use a proven planning method for any type of communication

• Incorporate the Rule of Three

Overall, participants will leave this session knowing the success factors in communicating with other effectively.

Learning Lab Leader: Jennifer Maxson, President of Jennifer Maxson & Associates 

Jennifer Maxson is a passionate thought leader in the areas of networking, communication, leadership development, and public speaking. She provides consulting services to clients throughout the United State and abroad, delivering customized individual coaching, extended coaching, and group training for clients. Jennifer was the 2018 ATHENA Award Recipient and in the past has been honored as one of the Grand Rapids Business Journal's 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan.
