Kristee Mahler, Global Operations/Human Resources Executive; Chief Human Resource Officer: ADAC Automotive

Kristee Mahler is a strategic global human resource executive with deep roots in operations. She has significant experience in diverse industries including automotive, consumer products, aerospace, building, life sciences and non-profit. Her experience spans the globe including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. Kristee has held key leadership positions at family-owned, private equity and for-profit public organizations. She has a proven success record in growth organizations (organic and inorganic,) start-ups, closures and acquisitions.

Kristee’s passion is in leveraging communication and analytical skills to transform cultures, execute process improvements, drive employee engagement and accelerate talent development in support of overall business objectives.

Kristee has successfully negotiated her way through job transitions, job offers and all the way to the C-Suite. She has offered to share her depth of experience with our Lead In group. She is new to the west side of Michigan, a Spartan grad, and a long time Inforum supporter.
