Panelists
Tina Abdoo is the director of enterprise architecture and planning for Amway. Tina is responsible for the office of the CIO (OCIO). This is cross-functional and cuts across the enterprise globally and includes strategy, governance, portfolio management, IT marketing and communications, Enterprise Architecture, Innovation and Change Management. She is responsible to enable a consistent and strategic approach to digitalization across the enterprise, while ensuring that the IT organization has the capabilities to be a key player in digital business transformation. In addition to the OCIO responsibilities, Tina is the IT Executive who oversees the Enterprise Data Platforms and is the senior executive responsible for value creation from the use of the organization's internal data assets, as well as the external data ecosystem.
Jaclyn Ahearne is vice president of global digital strategy and human leadership for BISSEL. She is a visionary trailblazer, experienced leading digital transformation, eCommerce, Information Technology, Business Process Architecture, IT&S Enterprise Program Management, M & A, Global Talent Management, and Supply Chain teams through transition in highly regulated environments of global pharmaceuticals and U.S. based hospitals. Led 250+ global team members in corporate technology investments focused on leveraging SAP EA, led start-up of Enterprise PMO and created a new Business Unit with an independent, profitable, P&L. Strong history of directing internal and external projects as well as designing and implementing transformational initiatives that use technology to consolidate applications, communize data, and drive insights.
Kelly Smallegan-Maas is an experienced digital marketing and communications leader, with more than 15 years in working with agencies or enterprises in the consumer products, pharmaceutical and food service industries. She currently leads the North American digital marketing team at Gordon Food Service, with responsibilities for the company's corporate websites, social media, web marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce marketing content.
Moderator
Jenine Parchmon is the senior vice president and director of the Technology Strategy, Planning and Innovation group at Comerica Bank. Jenine is responsible for leading all key strategic initiatives across the Technology organization to ensure successful delivery and execution of the technology vision. She has responsibility for ensuring continued alignment of strategic initiatives between the Technology organization and internal business partners.
Prior to beginning her current role in August 2016, she was a Vice President in the Strategic Services Group at Comerica Bank, in Auburn Hills, Mich. Jenine held this role for four years and had responsibility for managing the strategy development and execution for Comerica’s internal services organization. She also had responsibility for leading and supporting key strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
