SE Active Inforum Affinity Group

Location: Gleaner’s Pontiac Distribution Center, 120 East Columbia Ave., Pontiac, MI

Join us for an afternoon of networking while getting Active for a good cause! We’ll be volunteering at the Gleaner’s Pontiac Distribution Center, where Gleaner’s processes a tremendous volume of donated and purchased food to serve our neighbors in need. Volunteer tasks may include sorting and packing food, picking orders for shipments, preparing supplies for food drives and more. Please dress comfortably in layers, and wear closed-toe shoes for safety as well as standing for several hours.

Active Inforum brings together members to experience sporting activities in Southeast Michigan that support health and well-being.  Activities include running, walking, triathalons, biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing just to name a few.  And yes, networking, food and socializing are all mixed into the fun!
