She will discuss her approach to Transformation Coaching (vs. Tactical Coaching) and the aha’s that allow leaders to shift their perspectives and grow! Heidi will share two topics that often lead to loss-of-confidence, being misunderstood, and general communication confusion. These topics impact leaders of all shapes and sizes and are often identified with high potentials, females, and creative types. Come join us!
