Please join us at Livernois Tap. This wonderful place is the home of Axle Brewing Co and serves their beer exclusively. This brewery does serve food and their kitchen is not exclusive. That’s to say, they share chefs with critically acclaimed Grey Ghost restaurant downtown. Not many local breweries (any?) have chefs of this caliber, but it is evident in the food they create there. Though more casual, relaxed and fitting for a brew environment, the food is applauded by critics and everyday fans alike.

Livernois Tap has a happy hour that runs from 3-6, so those that arrive early can enjoy their specials.

The interior area was designed to be a modern American interpretation of a classic European beer hall, inspired by contemporary breweries, urban parks and our other favorite places to hang. You’ll have to decide for yourself, but we’d say that hit the nail on the head with this design.
