Josie Ann Lee Draybuck was born and raised in a family-owned business. She believes in building a business foundation based on team and community, to impact the lives of everyone she touches. As Founder & Happy Maker at Balance Massage Therapy and Moonwinks Cafe, Josie created two positive and sustainable businesses. Balance Massage Therapy, now in its 10th year, was honored with the gold award UM Ross School of Business Center for Positive Business Organization and as 2017 Michigan SBDC Best Small Business for the Greater Washtenaw Region.
