Description:

Leading a culture of accountability allows you to create a sustainable workplace that communicates clear expectations, supports balanced workloads, breeds leadership, and inspires long-term commitment from employees. Create a culture that is safe, promotes shared responsibility, and generates organizational growth. 

Participants will:

1. Define accountability and distinguish it from discipline.
2. Identify how accountability impacts the overall work culture.
3. Practice the first action steps necessary for holding individuals accountable.

Program Facilitator:

Serving and helping others is the very core of Carol Baaki Diglio of Consulting by Diglio.  Carol spent over 28 years serving public education in every capacity from the classroom to the central office.  With over 15 years of leadership experience, her life’s work and passion have been to grow people and transform organizations professionally.  Carol’s systems-minded approach focus on creating sustainable solutions and collaboratively implementing actionable steps that elevate organizational success.
