Sandy Harvey is the President of  Exodus Consulting Group, where she utilizes her 25+ years as a Human Resources and Operations strategist. She supports organizations by aligning efficient business processes, systems, and people to achieve organizational goals, creating more engaged, and profitable companies. Sandy is certified to facilitate many recognized programs about diversity, leadership and professional development.
