Description

Mindfulness: More Headspace for the Workplace

You don't have time for this workshop.  The pace of work, the complexity of work, and the myriad of distractions we face are creeping into our lives in small and big ways. But we can reclaim our attention and focus. We can be responsive rather than reactive.  We can reduce our stress and experience more well-being. We can do all of this without becoming less effective.  With mindfulness, we can flip this script, get our life back while creating a competitive advantage in work and life.  We can be both happier and more effective.

Key Take-Aways

Each participant will leave with:

  • - an understanding of what mindfulness is (and isn't)
  • - the latest scientific research on how mindfulness positively impacts our personal and work life
  • - proven techniques to reduce stress and lead to enhanced thinking, creativity, decision making, and communication
  • - practices to develop and support performance and effectiveness while also allowing for greater balance and resiliency
