Description
Smart, Confident Women
Confident, authentic women act as organizational and societal role models. Their development is critically important to the future success of all organizations and to our community. Conversely, research shows women are regularly challenged with feelings of inadequacy, fear and insecurity about themselves… and their capabilities.
Do you desire to be a strong, authentic voice in your field? Are leadership opportunities eluding you due to perceptions with your confidence? Are you coaching women who struggle with a “crisis of confidence”? Are you ready to empower your future as a more confident and influential woman and leader?
This lab uses interactive and appreciative activities to focus on feminine strengths and confidence strategies for women. Participants will transform their perspectives, increase their connectivity and initiate a personal plan to enhance authentic confidence and positively influence in any professional or organizational setting, in the community and as a leader.
Key Take-aways
Understand authentic leadership as a pathway for increasing self-confidence
Identify feminine leadership strengths and challenges to women’s confidence
Re-Imagine confidence through an appreciative, value driven leadership lens
Develop SMART strategies for boosting confidence and leadership growth
NOTE: Participants will complete the online Values in Action (VIA) Survey and review their personalized VIA report prior to the start of the lab. Be prepared to share your feedback during the learning lab. You will receive a brief pre-lab survey to assess interests, perceptions, expectations and intent. This information will be used to personalize the class for participants. Aggregate information from the participants survey may also be shared during the lab.
