Beki Fraser is the owner of Focus For Growth LLC, a business and leadership coaching practice. She partners with clients to puzzle through exactly what they desire and support their efforts to achieve those professional goals. Beki brings confidential and open-minded support while asking thought-provoking questions and actively listening to provide insightful reflection and feedback.

Beki is an analytical soul and a constant observer of human behavior, she is passionate about understanding why people think and behave the way they do. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Beki is the current president of the ICF Michigan Charter Chapter.
