Join us for the annual Stand Up Paddle Boarding event!

First timers welcome, instruction and equipment provided. Wear your bathing suit or something you want to get wet in!

This event will include a brief intro lesson for those who have not done Stand Up Paddle before and to give others a refresher.
After the lesson, an instructor will do a guided paddle or a fun team building exercise with the group.

Active Inforum brings together members to experience sporting activities in Southeast Michigan that support health and well-being.  Activities include running, walking, triathalons, biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing just to name a few.  And yes, networking, food and socializing are all mixed into the fun!
