“Georgina's is an authentic Asian and Latin Taqueria with locations in Traverse City and Grand Rapids. Chef and owner, Anthony was born in Bluefields, Nicaragua. His father is Cuban and his mother half Chinese. At the age of seven, Anthony was adopted by his American father and was raised in Tampa, Florida.” From the owner, “Georgina’s is named after my cousin Georgina Alvarez, the person who saved my life when I was young, who gave me hope, who believed in me and prayed for me. This is my thanks. Georgina’s is a gathering of all my family through food and their spirit. As my family's culture ranges from Cuban to Chinese and all those in between, I give to you my life and family experience through food.”

Dinner runs from 5:30-7:00pm. We’ll meet in the bar at 5:00, for those that can, and then move to dinner at 5:30. Be sure to bring your appetite and plenty of business cards to pass around.

It’s so helpful and important that you register on the InForum website each month so we can have an accurate count and let the restaurant know. And if you find you can’t make it after registering, please let Jane or Kathy know.

Dinner Affinity Group
Join us for dinner at a West Michigan area restaurant each month to meet and network with other Inforum members and guests. This group gives you the opportunity to try new restaurants all over town, as well as some oldies-but-goodies. Meet us in the bar for drinks & mingling at 5:00 (water and wine both count as drinks!) or pull up a chair in the dining area at 5:30. You'll order off the menu and pay your own check.
