Ray Befus is an executive coach who takes a special interest in advocating for women in marketplace leadership. He also is an experiential trainer who works with teams to increase organizational health and alignment. Written by a male-female team of best-selling authors, How Women Rise introduces twelve behaviors that sometimes hold back women who are working to go to their next level. While women face a variety of external challenges in workplaces tilted toward male preferences, priorities, and even limitations, these twelve internal challenges or habits can be confronted and eliminated by women themselves. Ray is not an expert on women; but, he is an expert in facilitating engaging conversations around subjects that matter . . . like how women rise!
