Executive Spotlight: Christine Sitek ​​​​​​, COO, OnStar

Christine is COO, GM Global Connected Customer Experience (GCCX) where she has profit and loss responsibility for the global OnStar retail and commercial business.

Christine drives a competitive and innovative product road map while delivering an exemplary customer experience. Her responsibilities also include launching new connected vehicle services, managing growth opportunities with key business partners and collaborating with the sales and service teams on marketing initiatives.

Christine started her career at GM in 1989 and rose through the ranks in global purchasing and supply chain transitioning through various assignments of increasing responsibility in electrical commodities, global supplier quality & warranty, service parts operations and indirect, machinery & equipment. Most recently, she spent five years in a series of bold cross-functional moves within manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations and quality.

Christine was twice named one of the “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry” by Automotive News. In 2017, she was a Powered by Women honoree by DBusiness magazine, Detroit’s premier business journal. For more about Christine click here.
