Speakers

Patti Griswold retired in March from Comerica Bank, where she held several senior leadership roles, after working 24 years in the banking industry. Since retirement, she has assumed the title of "full time adventurer, pursuing travel, sailing, running and volunteering." More about Patti here.

Nancy Hickey retired in 2014 as senior vice president and chief administrative officer of Steelcase Inc. Nancy used the design thinking she employed for projects at Steelcase to chart her priorities in retirement, which she outlines here. Nancy continues to serve on for-profit and nonprofit boards and enjoys mentoring others.See Nancy's bio here.

Deborah Phillips retired in 2012 from Priority Health after a 20-plus years career that included serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. She now is Senior Director People Services at Natural Choice Foods, and also is a project professional at HR Collaborative. See Deborah’s bio here.

Faye Richardson-Green opened a consulting business after retiring from Steelcase in 2015 as Director of Global Talent Management. She also serves as executive director of Partners for a Racism-Free Community. See Faye’s bio here.
