Let’s visit Kuhnhenn Brewing Co at their original taproom in Warren. Their motto is “Beers with Distinct Personality” and they live up to that! You can find many Michigan craft beer favorites here including DRIPA, Crème Brule Stout, Blueberry Eisbock and my personal favorite – White Devil. They also have award-winning meads and wine. They have a limited food menu, but you are welcome to bring your own food.

On St Patrick’s Day, they have a Breakfast of Champions beer line-up which includes breakfast-flavored beers. It’s one of my favorite events each year. I’m hopeful they will have some of that awesomeness left when we visit. If so, we may be able to try Cookie Crisp Dunkel, Blueberry Pancake Ale, Apple Jack Ale or any of the dozen+ flavors.

Let’s hope that winter is mostly over by this point! That will be a reason to celebrate J
