Ronda Coogan is an Executive leader with 20 years of senior management and leadership experience.

As the Executive in charge of Human Resources, Ronda has been responsible for developing the people and leadership strategies in diverse business environments and economical climates including rapid growth and expansion, new start ups, M & A, restructuring and turnarounds. In her executive leadership roles, Ronda has been a member of and trusted advisor to the C-Suite and is a key Change Agent within organizations. As the head of Human Resources, Ronda has advised Boards, C-suite and peer leaders on the balance between the interests of the employees and needs of the organization.

Ronda has worked in the automotive industry for the past 25 years with the majority of her experience in the Tier I, Tier II and aftermarket supply base.

Today Ronda is a Management Consultant, providing leadership development and executive coaching through her firm, BARRON Consulting.

Ronda earned her Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and her Masters from Siena Heights University.
