Join Dr. Crystal Frazee, executive leadership coach and board-certified women’s health coach for a comprehensive 60-minute training designed to help you navigate this transitional phase with confidence and success. She will provide practical insights and strategies to manage the physical, cognitive, and emotional impacts of menopause. You'll learn how to optimize your lifestyle, develop stress resilience, stabilize your energy and cognitive performance, and advocate for the support you need at work. This training is an opportunity to go beyond generic advice and learn practical ways to take control of your journey through menopause.
In this lab, you will learn to:
- - Understand the Unique Impact of Menopause on Stress and Well-Being: Participants will be able to explain how menopause can increase the experience of stress and decrease stress recovery, and identify common physical, cognitive, and emotional symptoms associated with menopause.
- - Explore the Connection between Lifestyle and Hormones: Participants will be able to discuss how lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, alcohol consumption, exercise, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can impact menopause symptoms and overall well-being
- - Develop Stress Resilience Strategies: Participants will be able to identify and practice stress resilience strategies in the training to create a personal action plan to executive on their own.
- - Optimize performance through Menopause: Participants will develop skills for effective energy pacing and schedule management to support symptom management and maximize professional effectiveness during menopause
- - Advocate for Support and Resources at Work: Participants will experience examples of how to advocate for their needs at work, such as negotiating for flexible work arrangements, asking for workplace accommodations, and increasing educational resources for all genders which will promote inclusivity and foster a supportive work environment for women going through menopause.
